The 2015 Youth Interclub League begins on Monday 20th July, and starts a programme of five youth races, bringing together young riders from a number of different clubs.
Each evening, an individual time trial is run, followed by a series of handicapped races, and the league gives youth riders an introduction to cycle racing.
Its open to girls and boys in the Under 10s, 12s, 14s and 16s categories.
All disciplines are featured, from Road racing, Grasstrack racing, Criterium racing in Cycling Ireland’s dedicated cycling track in Corkagh Park, along with Mountain bike racing, and Track racing, with track bikes available.
Any parent/guardian who has a daughter or son interested in cycling is very welcome to come along and try it out. All are very welcome.
Entry is free of charge, and is the league is followed by a Prize night with slideshow, and there will be medals for all youth riders taking part.

The race sign-on and parking will be at Ballyhenry, Ashford, very kindly hosted by Brian and Rebecca Harris
