Tuesday Night Race Training … is BACK!
For any new members thinking of joining us, don’t be put off. A number of different groups will be created on the night based on rider ability and there is no danger of being put in a group that is much too difficult for you. It is very inclusive, and is great training.
These training sessions are recommended for all members who plan to ride either club races or open races during 2014. All club members 16 years old and over are welcome.
Due to the dangers associated with cycling at night, we must insist on the following:
– All riders must wear a reflective jacket/vest;
– All bikes must have a working front and rear light;
– All participants must be members of Bray Wheelers and Cycling Ireland or I.V.C.A
We will start at 7.30pm [start, not arrive time!] on 14th January from the usual spot at the top of the Kilmacanogue flyover and will be there each and every Tuesday thereafter.
