Depart at 9.45am

Kilmac, N11 to Glenview, on to Kindlestown, down to Delgany road (careful on descent)
Right for N11, under Barry's bridge, onto N11 for 100m, then U turn to Grove Bar
Up Altidore, but turn left half way up, for back of Newtown Mount Kennedy.
Climb Callow Hill, Lakes, and over to Tomriland, and then Spaghetti junction
And coffee in Ashford. Back via Hunters hotel and coast road.
