Moneystown - Spaghetti Junction
Right at junction and descend to Bookey Bridge
Regroup at the bridge - Left and climb Shay Elliot (Don't wait at top - Caution on descent to Glenmalure for bottle refill)
Main road back to Rathdrum (Regroup at the top of the hill before Rathdrum if necessary)
Drop down and up to railway bridge and onto Glenealy
Left at Glenealy - Belair - Ashford
Ashford - Newtown - Coffee in Fishers
