Tuesday Night Training 2017.
Its that time of year again, and we are about to start our Tuesday night race training.
This year registration will take place in the clubhouse from 7pm. to 7.15pm on Tuesday 10th January. At 7.15 we will leave clubhouse and ride to Kilmacanogue to begin our training.
Please bring your Cycling Ireland/ I.V.C.A. license for 2017.
Club coaches Mark Murphy,Tony Martin and Geoff Robinson will lead the sessions.
These training sessions are recommended for members who plan to ride club races or open races.
All club members 14 years old and over are welcome.
Due to the dangers associated with cycling at night.
All riders must wear a reflective jacket/vest, and appropriate clothing for night training in winter.
All bikes must have a working front and rear light.
ALL participants must be members of Bray Wheeler's and Cycling Ireland or I.V.C.A.
Cycling Ireland or I.V.C.A. licenses will have to be produced, no license no training,no exceptions.
Training groups will be formed to suit riders ability from beginner to the more experienced and everybody is guaranteed to improve their cycling performance over the next 12 weeks.
