Club Training
Club race training spins will leave Kilmacanogue every Satuarday and Sunday at 9.30am starting Sunday 6th January .The 9.30 training spins are recommended for all members who intend racing open races or club races in 2013. Can all members interested in taking part in the training sessions please arrive in Kilmacanogue ready to go at 9.20am to allow time for sign on and group allocation.Training groups will be formed by club coaches to suit riders ability and training requirements.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE MEMBERS OF BRAY WHEELERS AND CYCLING IRELAND OR I.V.C.A.

Is this training suitable for Youth's wanting to race?

Hi Steve,
I would think the 9.30 training would be too hard for youth riders, average speed is 30kph+ and distance is usually over 100km
