BWCC Xpresso Youth/Senior Spin – 22nd May 2022, 9.15 clubhouse

PLEASE NOTE THESE SPINS WILL MEET AT CLUBHOUSE

Meet at 9.15am
Depart at 9.30am
They are being held alongside the 50 to 100k, but will not follow 50 to 100km progression
all Youth 14 to 18 years, and Seniors welcome

Approx 35k and 60k routes, both leaving together

Shorter spin:
Windgates, right before top to Belmont, and back to Coast road.
In Newcastle turn right for NTMK, coffee in Fishers.
Back via Garden Village, and Coast Road, taking in back roads to Eden Gate roundabout
Delgany and Coast road back to clubhouse, via Belmont road again.

Longer Spin:
From Coffee, up Callow hill, on to Knockafrumpa Lane
Right at top, back to Tomriland, Roundwood village, and back via Old long hill.
