regard to planning of possible High Performance sessions after this season.

Clubhouse Official Opening
The Clubhouse official
Opening has been postponed until after the end of the cycling season. We
plan to produce a commemorative booklet to mark the occasion and are looking
for sponsors to take out advertising. The booklet will be an A5, full colour,
high quality production which will be available on the night. Advertising
in the booklet is EUR 100 for a full page, EUR 50 for a half page, and EUR
30 for a quarter page. If you know of anyone who might want to take advertising
in the booklet, please contact Mark Loughran at email braywheelers@eircom.net

Stretching Techniques Thanks!
Thanks to Aidan Ryan who demonstrated various stretches
last Monday,
John Lynch wins the Sorrento CC Open TT.
Well done to John Lynch who demolished the field in the
Sorrento Open Time Trial yesterday. pushing Paul Healion into second place.
Also well done to Frank O'Leary who was the second unplaced B in Gorey on
Sunday.
Ben wins Again!!!
Well done to Ben Dowling who took gold in all three events Time Trial, Sprint
and Scratch at the Youth National Track Championships.
Fiona Redmond wins the Harry Dawson Memorial League
Well done to Fiona Redmond who won the Harry Dawson Memorial
League by 6 points from Urban Monks, with Deborah Crean finishing in 3rd
place. Over 40 riders took part in this league which was a great success.

Bray Wheelers performing well on the Track
Well done to Bray Wheeler riders Niall Jenkins and Ger
Ivory who are currently 2nd and 4th overall in the Cycleways Track League.

Good Bray Wheelers turnout at the Wicklow 200 last Sunday.

Kilpeddar Open
Bray celebrates wins at Kilpeddar Open Congratulation
to Ian Mulvaney, who took a decisive win in Saturdays Kilpeddar Open, along
with Shaun Rigley winning U12s, Ben Dowling in U14s, and Fionnuala Ni Bhradaigh
in her first womens race, with Julie Barker in second. Bray Wheelers were
first in every race apart from U16s in which we had no rider.

with the introduction of the Women’s league as part of the club races on

New Clubhouse
We are very
glad to say that we are taking possession of the new Bray Wheelers Clubhouse
today, on Friday 5th May 2006. It certainly is a great day for Bray
Wheelers! We will have an open day quite soon for members and family and
friends to come and have a look, will advise date asap.
Good Results for Bray this weekend.
