Sun – March 11th

Sat – March 24th

Sun – April 8th

Sat – April 14th

Sun – April 22nd

Sat – April 28th

These spins are designed for people who can cycle up to 50kms and would like to improve all aspects of their cycling performance.

If you have joined the club recently or if you would effectively like to start again our coaches would be delighted to see you.

To participate in these spins you will need a racing bicycle in good working order, spare tubes (not previously repaired), tyre levers, pump, mobile phone and money for the coffee stop.

Helmets are mandatory for all participants in Bray Wheelers cycling activities.

Spins will meet at 9.15am at McDonalds in Bray and leave at 9.30am sharp. First spin will start at about 50kms and we will progress gradually to approx. 100km by Sat April 21st.

Spins will run regardless of weather conditions and will take in hills on some of the days so be prepared with the correct clothing for all eventualities.

These spins are for adults only and participants must be over 18 years of age.
