Couch to 50k
Our 6-week Couch to 50k programme is ideal for the complete cycling novice (adult) or someone who hasn’t ridden for a while and is looking to start cycling to lead an more active lifestyle, improve fitness & health, lose weight, meet new friends or to tackle a challenge etc etc
The programme will start on 3rd of February and takes place over 6 consecutive weeks (every Sunday at 10 am) and will end with a 50km graduation spin. Participants will learn new techniques and skills required in cycling (group cycling, bike-handling skills, gearing, hill climbing, descending, etc etc).
