Advanced Bike Handling Skills

Categories: Beginners,News,Racing

Bray Wheelers Club Coaches are planning a series of coaching sessions on advanced bike handling skills, for those who are new to cycling and or racing, or for those who are cycling/racing a few years, but wish to brush up on their skills. These will be run over 4 weeks, and will be on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. There will be a separate group to the Tues night hill training session, but we will meet at the same location, Kilmacanogue. (Apart from first session which is based in the clubhouse.)

Topics covered will include: Cornering; Riding in a bunch; Dealing with obstacles; Riding through; and Descending; plus Q&A each week.

These skills are needed if you wish to improve your performance in cycling and or racing, or wish to move up from club racing to open racing.

However we need minimum numbers to run these sessions, so if you are interested you need to register, please email info@identikit.ie and we will keep a place for you. The sessions are free of charge, and open to members and non members alike.
