Dear Club Members / New members,

As you may know we will be starting our Introduction to Club Cycling spins again on Sunday 24th March and this programme will run on alternate Sundays and Saturdays for a six week period.

Sun 24th March

Sat 30th March

Sun 7th April

Sat 13th April

Sun 28th April

Sat 4th May

These spins are designed for people who can cycle up to 50kms and would like to improve all aspects of their cycling performance.

If you have joined the club recently or if you would effectively like to start again our coaches would be delighted to see you.

To participate in these spins you will need a racing bicycle in good working order, spare tubes (not previously repaired), tyre levers, pump, mobile phone and money for the coffee stop.

Helmets are mandatory for all participants in Bray Wheelers cycling activities.

Spins will meet at 9.15am at McDonalds in Bray and leave at 9.30am sharp. First spin will start at about 50kms and we will progress gradually to approx. 100km by Sat 4th May.

Spins will run regardless of weather conditions and will take in hills on some of the days so be prepared with the correct clothing for all eventualities.

If after week 3 you would like to complete the 6 week programme you will need to join Bray Wheelers and take out a licence with Cycling Ireland.

These spins are for adults only and participants must be over 18 years of age.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact either of the undersigned.
